Run this on a box that can reach your Postgres. It installs FaultWall and links it to this workspace. Each click makes a new install token.

Auto-approve APA proposals that clear your bar — no manual click needed. Off by default. Approvals from automation are tagged auto in the queue below; nothing auto-approves unless you opt in here.
APA review queue
Autonomous Policy Agent proposals. Diffs are reviewed here; nothing auto-applies. Approving bumps your policy version so the proxy pulls it.

Give each agent its own key and connection string. Reads run and are logged. Writes ask first. Schema changes are blocked. Change any toggle here and your FaultWall proxy picks it up on its next sync.
